About Gift Passes

Passes created on JoyPass are digital reminders and beautiful visual representations of promises between people. JoyPass provides the technology to create and track these gifts, but is NOT responsible for the actual fulfillment or settlement of any experience or promise displayed on a pass.

Gift Reminder Disclaimer

JoyPass is a visual reminder tool for gifts and experiences. By using JoyPass, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • JoyPass is NOT a payment processor. We do not handle, store, or transfer real money or financial assets.
  • Any value displayed on a JoyPass is purely for visual representation and represents an informal agreement between the sender and recipient.
  • Fulfillment of all gifts, experiences, and promises is the sole responsibility of the users involved.
  • JoyPass is not liable for any unfulfilled promises or disputes arising from informal agreements tracked on the platform.
