No! Recipients don't need a JoyPass account to receive and use gifts. They simply tap the link you send them and add the pass to their Apple Wallet. Only gift creators need an account to design and send JoyPasses.

Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the "Settings" tab. From there, you can update your profile information, change your password, and manage your account preferences.
Make sure they're using an iPhone with iOS 15 or later. If they're on Android or another device, they won't be able to add passes to Apple Wallet. Also ensure they're tapping the link directly (not copying and pasting) and have a stable internet connection.
Currently, JoyPasses cannot be edited after creation to maintain the integrity of the gift. If you need to make changes, please contact our support team and we'll help you resolve the issue.
If you created the gift, log in to your dashboard and check the "Activity" tab to find all your sent gifts and their codes. If you received a gift and lost the code, you'll need to ask the sender to resend the link.
